Christopher James Sadler, Self-taught backend developer. I also build frontend, apps, & games.
I'm a self-taught developer. I got into coding by building small projects and reading docs, and I've kept going from there. Backend is where I'm most at home, APIs, services, and databases, but I also work on the frontend when a project needs a UI, and I build apps and small games on the side.
I focus on backend: designing and building services, APIs, and the data layer. When I need to ship something people can click on, I do frontend work too, web UIs, sometimes full-stack. Outside of that, I build side projects and tools, and I like to tinker with small games when I have the time.
