Sales Assistant

Promoting a welcoming environment and maintaining the shop to high standards. Product presentation and keeping the shop floor tidy and hazard-free. Stock checks, quality control and placing orders to maintain stock levels. Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints face-to-face, resolving issues with minimal escalation. Operating the till, handling cash and card payments. Adhering to security regulations for stock and cash. Working independently or as part of a team; confidence and tact when dealing with demanding customers.
