Table service: setting cutlery, serviettes and condiments; greeting and seating customers. Presenting menus, taking food and drink orders and serving in a friendly and courteous manner. Processing payments and operating the till, handling cash and cards. Ensuring customers received a friendly and efficient service. Handling conflict and remaining calm under pressure. Memorising orders and ensuring each customer received the correct items.
